Getting Started

For new users and basic account setup.

First setup

  1. 1Select language. Bangla is default, English is available.
  2. 2Keep currency as BDT unless the user needs another currency.
  3. 3Choose Basic mode for simple tracking or Full mode for all tools.
  4. 4Choose starter data for quick setup or blank workspace for manual setup.
  5. 5Finish setup and continue to subscription or dashboard.

Hint: Language, currency, and mode can be changed later from Settings.

Dashboard

  2. 2Select month and year if available.
  3. 3Review balance, income, expense, savings, and budget usage.
  4. 4Check recent transactions and upcoming reminders.
  5. 5Open a widget when deeper detail is needed.

Hint: Use Dashboard for quick review, not heavy editing.

Settings

Hint: Clear data removes workspace data, not login or payment history.

  3. 3Enter name, type, opening balance, color, and icon.
  4. 4Save the account.

Hint: Create accounts first so transactions can update balances correctly.

Hint: Simple category names make reports easier to read.

Salary Planner

Hint: Use month-wise variation for increment, bonus, and changing tax deductions.

Tax Calculator

Topbar bell

  1. 1Click the bell icon in the topbar.
  2. 2Review unread notifications.
  3. 3Open action links when available.
  4. 4Mark notifications as read.
  5. 5Allow browser notifications when prompted.

Hint: Browser notifications need browser permission and service worker support.

Support

Open page
  1. 1Open Support.
  2. 2Create a ticket with category, priority, subject, and message.
  3. 3Open the ticket to continue conversation.
  4. 4Generate support PIN only when admin needs read-only access.
  5. 5Share the PIN and revoke it when support is finished.

Hint: Support PIN is temporary and does not allow editing.

Billing and subscription

Trial package can be used without payment when available.

Paid package requires manual bKash or Nagad payment submission.

Temporary access may be available while admin verifies payment.

Admin approval activates the selected package.

Rejected or expired access requires a new valid request.

Security and support

App PIN

Create a private PIN for finance pages. You can also choose Remind me in 7 days.

Support PIN

Generate only when admin support needs temporary read-only troubleshooting access.

Browser notifications

Allow the browser permission to receive reminders and admin messages.

Language and currency

Change Bangla or English, currency, theme, and Basic or Full mode from Settings.
